# Team Management

> Manage team members, roles, and invitations

Manage who has access to your project and what they can do. Team settings are in **Settings > Team**.

## Roles

| Role       | Permissions                                                       |
| ---------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Owner**  | Full access: settings, members, analysis triggers, delete project |
| **Member** | View all data, trigger analyses, manage dismiss rules             |

## Inviting Members

1. Go to **Settings > Team**
2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
3. Click **Send Invitation**
4. They receive an invitation link by email
5. Once accepted, they gain member access to the project

  Invitations expire after 7 days. You can cancel and resend them from the Team settings page.

## Managing Members

From **Settings > Team**, you can:

* **Change roles** -- promote a member to owner, or change an owner to member
* **Remove members** -- revoke their access to the project
* **View pending invitations** -- see who has been invited but has not yet accepted
* **Cancel invitations** -- revoke a pending invitation before it is accepted

  Removing a member is immediate. They lose access to all project data as soon as they are removed.

## Multiple Projects

Team members are managed per project. The same person can be an owner in one project and a member in another. There is no organization-level role -- each project maintains its own team independently.
